All Sales Policy
Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchases.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
To help us resolves the issue quickly, include:

Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, production may have already started.
